Modifications to Blob Trails calculations or interface:

01-Oct-2012 - Now, both blob positions and separatrix (and limiter) are  
              plotted physical coordinates when plotting in cm. Previously,
	      and  still when plotting vs. pixels, the "rhomboid" shape of the
	      fiber bundle  is not accounted for.
	      
28-Sep-2012 - Option for which EFIT to use (at NSTX). (Found a case, 139444
	      where EFIT02 looked much better than the "best fit" LRDfit04.

25-Sep-2012 - added option to have axes in centimeters

26-Mar-2012 - Option to draw separatrix and limiter shadow

22-Mar-2012 - using fits at half-max of peaks, when available, for ellipse
              size, shape and orientation. Can use actual ellipse size, or
	      can scale it down.

23-Sep-2011 - added link to blobmovies.html

31-Aug-2011 - add option to draw ellipses, with proper elongation and tilt,
              as symbols. Also, if just one blob tracked, color code the 
	      time of each position.

26-Aug-2011 - Make default plot ranges (if not specified on the page) be
	      the max of the data selected from the database, or 64,
	      whichever is larger. (Was always 64)

25-Aug-2011 - Add a charsize field on page for control over listed times
