As of December 13., 2005, file transfer is accomplished using scp, not ftp. See RONEY$:[IDL.WEBTOOLS]SCPWEBFILES.COM This method uses the "batch" switch on scp and has been configured for public-key/private-key authentication. It requires the owner of the process to start an ssh-agent2 process on Europa and then register his identity using ssh-add2. For a user other than "roney", new keys would need to be set up. |
