Optionally limit to:
        username= (e.g., KAYE)
                        Include any entries with TOPIC='PHS OPS' or 'SESSION LEADER'.

        xp= (e.g., 5)
        Topic= BOUNDARY PHYSICS CHI CONDITIONING EFIT ENGINEERING FIDA HYBRID IMPURITIES MAGNETICS MHD MPTS MSE PHYS OPS RF SESSION LEADER TESTING

    Limit the Search to Rundate (Optional) e.g., 20100714
    (defaults to all of the most recent day with an entry)
